FNB Sumsung S4 deal

Ok, excited about about the FNB Samsung S4 deal, i ordered one and it was delivered within a day.
With excitement, opened and put in a charger, switched it on, and wallaaaa!!! it only displays the black welcome to samsung s4 screen, then it goes black. I then called called FNB number (0860102970, option 6) for smart devices on the 16th, she said she will send an escalation, a shipping company would come and collect the device. Today 2013/05/22, the device is stiill with me. I called the same number again and spoke to Roshen, she says she will send a follow up escalation. Now that the account for this device has been opened, i have to be the one calling them to make follow up. Come end of the month, i have to pay for a device that i am not using. Well done FNB!!!
