I phoned the Bank to enquire about my new credit card. I ordered a new card on Saturday, so they said it would be 5 working days. So upon calling and asking if they can tell me when the card would be there they could not help me and responded with a simple I don't know. When I asked the lady if she knew when the courier coming or have a system she can check on she said "I DONT KNOW"
When I asked her why FNB and OTHER MARKET LEADING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS have quicker lead times she said then I can go to them. Unfortunately due to circumstances I cannot move to another bank, so I will keep on posting complaints.
Oh, and I haven't put up my new address at the bank, and therefore ABSA will pay me to come into the bank and change it seeing that for everything done at ABSA I need to pay for.
