Incompetent and uprofessional Palesa

While i was explaining my seemingly technical and complex query Palesa from the collections department just saw it fit that i should be put right back on hold. I called at 15:20 and spoke to her around 15:33 - 15:35 on the 04 July 2013. I wish she could be a taught a thing or two about the consequences of bad customer service. I am extremely!!
