3 weeks and still no help

I sent an email to mfc for my payment period to be extended on the 24 June 2013 and when i called for follow up, they told me to foward them 3months bank statement, income&expenditure, payslip & confirmation from the insurance. i did as i was requested on the 1st July 2013, and amazingly after 3 days i called in again to follow up on my request.. they told me that the person whom was supposed to attach them never did.. (please bear in mind that this is supposed to be a 48 hour process according to them). today 16 July 2013 i have been dealing with Boitumelo n she assured me that she did receive the documents.. im really not sure if whether this process takes 48 hours, a month or they just delaying it on purpose.
