I want my money back

I want my R299.48 back. I spoke to a few people at African bank which is the head office for Geen & Richards and was told I still have a balance which I don't even know where it is coming from. Tumisang and his supervisor tried to explain it but my contract and proof of payment doesn't say that if my contract balance is settled I must still make further payments as all the interest, insurance, service fees and delivery fees were charged already on my contract balance and since my last payment was to be on the 1 August 2013 it means that I paid up front and my contract balance was R400.17 on the 01 June 2013. nobody stopped me when i was making an extra payment and now they want to penalise me for it. When I went to settle this amount of R400.17 and was told that my balance is now R800.00 out of desperation to close this account I went and borrowed the money and paid R700.00 when I got home to look at my contract realised that I am being robbed in day light. I sent my son to go pay the outstanding R100.00 and he was told that he now needs to pay another R400.00 meaning they now looking to getting R500.00
