My fnb experiance in the last two months has been absolutely shocking not to even mention the last two days of FNB ive had, i had spoken two 6 different consultants on the phone no one helped and went into two different branches and NO ONE FIXED the issues i was having.
On the 02 August at 15:45 I went into the branch mad and frustrated and Palesa assisted me and sorted out all the problems I had within 5 minutes and sorted the issues before I left the counter. ( I am still waiting for the call centre to call back)
Palesa really changed my mind about leaving FNB banking by just doing her absolute best and going the extra mile.
