Yesterday I went to Soccershop to place my bets as I normally do on weekends but I was extremely disappointed to be treated so badly and being insulted by an employee by the name Palesa. Our argument started when she had to play six tickets for me as I was watching her breaking the rule of a 5Max tickets per customer. The guy who was infront of me played more than 10 tickets but when I hgave Palesa six tickets she refused and started to insult me.
