House damaged by fire in 09/2011 Standard bank supplied incompetent contractor who messed up the repairs & my claim is not settled yet and bank owes me money for repairs and is yet to reimburse me. Despite taking complaint to Mr Joop Dekker, senior manager for complaints in office of the CEO, Mr Ramalingam. They offered to pay for half the repairs only and ignore my invalid electrical certificate. Do not take insurance with Standard Bank.
