Too much effort to help

I went to move my account from Standard Bank and I waited in a Que for over an hour an a half (the bank was not full and there were only 3 tellers open). When it was my turn the lady didn't seem to interested to explain my options and told me I would be denied credit if I tried to open an account and apply for a credit card, she hadn't seen any of my papers or pay slips. Not only that, FNB made it sound so quick and easy to change banks, the amount of paper work I had to get filled in by a guardian, and my varsity was just crazy. Even though I was eager to move to FNB for the eBucks and saving plans offered but after all the papers needed and queues to stand in, I will be staying with Standard Bank for a long time.
