My wife banks with standard bank for a while now. Ever since she started we were unsatisfied with their service. The cherry on top is when my wife went to apply for a home loan. She went into the bank to fill in the necessary papers, from which she was told to fax the papers when we completed the papers. This was already frustrating. We decided to do this at home when we realised, we don't know where to send it to. Why couldn't you at least supply a number, what surety do we have that it reaches the correct person in time? We only have so many days to apply. The other banks had no hassels, why is Standard so useless. It puts me off from using their facilities even if their is a chance that they might be cheaper.
