I was admitted in hospital in March and April. I want to submit a claim for my hospital cash back plan, no response til now. I phoned a lady who was gonna send me forms and instructions on what needs to accompany the form. I'm still waiting for a response. I'm kind of worried that most people are complaining about AIG's poor service when i t comes to claims. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction.
