18/11 I submitted a claim. 19/11 I received notification that claims was processed but it showed R0.20/11 I replied to the email asking them to explain why it wont be paid. 21/11 Jarrod Sirsen responded saying he has submitted my claim, I responded saying it has already been submitted and said it would not be paid and my query is WHY.22/11 Michelle Mudaliyar said the claim has been processed & only non-editable claims can be submitted & I must re-submit then she said my plan is a hospital plan which I responded saying it is not supposed to be a hospital plan and I was confused as none of this made sense. 25/11 Coenraad Strydom telling me the same thing, re-submit non editable and this is a hospital plan, I once again asked what does non-editable mean. This has been going on too long now and I am asking for an answer without getting different people telling me the same thing that does not make sense!!! Also I have been with Momentum for a while now and still do not have a medical aid card!
