I received such lovely service yesterday, as with every other day, I have walked into the FNB at Melrose Arch.
The ladies and gentleman behind the service counter were very helpful and friendly, really helped me sort my financial life. I apologise for not remembering any names but all of you were so wonderful.
I appreciate the fact that since switching to FNB, I do not really need to walk into a branch but on the rare occasion that I do need to, its as easy as banking online or on my phone.
