Horrible Service

On Tuesday 2/7/2013, R5000 was deducted from my husbands account without his permission, after he had made an arrangement with them to pay the account off. On enquiring about it they said they cant refund him. He made a loan with them some years back but lost his job in the mean time, so they made an arrangement on 19/6/2013 on R400 per month. This is totally acceptable, he has a minimum wage and we havent even paid rent yet, what do these people think we should off... seriously!!!
and then they ask the question, how can we help you!!! Please... they dont help us in any way.
