I skipped a payment for the month of Nov 2013- worse mistake i was harass by DA collection agents from then til to date even though i made an arrangement to pay the payment for Nov in Feb 2014. This according to my knowledge was an arrangement made in Dec 2013. i got paid the 20th Dec 2013 and on the 13/12/2013 another debit order was sthru without my say so- and there was no funds avail, so which mean i have to that debit order for their up. I still received calls from these people hr on the hr- per day would be x5 sms per day reminding me, when i ALREADY made an arrangement to it settled in Feb 2014..my question Y? on the 15/01/2014 was another agent hounding me and i totally lost it and told him to off and stop calling me and dropped the phone, he then phoned me bck and i rejected the call x2- he left v/mails and then sent me a personalized sms at 09h52: Good day Ms Perrine Ollyn, no need to be rude is not ganna help you jst make sure you pay your loan cox there is no arragement here and next time someone will swear to you while u need some help remember don't ever forget and us on 021 764 3548, regards Direct Axis from nr..27816990199.will take this to ombidsman
