I have a loan with FNB for the last 3 years I paid it and suddenly I had to start a new job where my salary got cut, I then went under debt review and it was terminated last year, FNB never contacted me and I never got any letters from them, Then suddenly some lady contacted me in Oct or Nov 2013.I made an arrangement with her and said that I will be paying them from Jan 2014.They went an deducted R5000.00 from my account yesterday 20/12/2013 without any authorisation or warning, I then contacted the legal department and spoke to Gwen Hugo she was so full of herself with no manners what so ever I told her that they need to refund me as I have to pay my rent and she said that is my problem not hers, I feel that we are their customers and they treating us this way. I would like them to refund my money so that I can pay my rent I did not budget for them to take my money without consent and I will then pay the loan as from end of January 2014 as I planned
