FNB LOANS DEDUCTING FUNDS FROM MY ACCOUNT ILEGALLY

MY LOAN ACCOUNTS IN AREARS DUE TO FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES, I WAS CONTACTED BY FNB'S ATTORNEYS INVERTEX AND REPAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS WAS MADE TO PAY BACK R150 PER MONTH ON EACH LOAN. THIS HAS BEEN PAY MONTHLY, IN OCTOBER I GET A SMS THAT RESIDUALS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORISE, UPON CALLING I AM INFORMED THAT THEY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE ATTORNEY AND NO REMARKS HAS BEEN MADE REGARDING THE ARRANGEMENT. EVENTUALLY I SPEAK TO A LADY AFTER LOGGING A COMPLAINT AND THE FUNDS GETS REVERSED 5 DAYS LATER, ACCORDING TO FNB THE TURN AROUND TO SOLVE A COMPLAINT IS 48 HOURS. TODAY I GET PAID AND GUESS WHAT AGAIN FNB DEDUCTS RESIDUALS OF NEARLY R13000. I NEED TO PAY FOR MY RENT OR I GET KICKED OUT, ARRANGEMENTS HAS BEEN MADE BUT FNB CAN NOT OPEN THEIR EYES TO SEE THAT THERE IS AN ARRANGEMENT. IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED BY 12 TODAY I WILL TAKE YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN FOR BANKING SERVICES AS YOU CAN NOT JUST TAKE MONEY AS YOU PLEASE, I AM NOT IN DEFAULT ON MY ARRANGEMENT AND IT HAS BEEN MET MONTHLY.
