I made arragements with fnb as I would not be paied on the 25/08/2013 but on the 30/08/2013 I told them they can deduct the money then. They didn't deduct the money from my account when I was paied! Someone called me on the 26/09/2013 to say now my account is overdue I said I can't make payment twice this month but next month I will and he said that was fine! They deducted the money on the account on the 27/09/2013 and deducted again on the 30/09/2013 when I called to sort it out they said they will not refund me. I feel like I made arrangement with fnb so I woulfnt have to charge them anything and they didn't go through with the arrangement!! I hate fnb I wish I had never opened up an accouth their no one seems to keep to arrangements that were made then I have to pay for it! Fnb is a waist of time and I will be changeng banks soon
