My account has been hacked twice in 53 days!

My bank account has been hacked twice, resulting in my not being able to access my own hard-earned money for weeks at a time. My account was hacked when I landed in Germany en route to Poland for my grandmother's funeral! I had no money whilst in a foreign country. Money was and bank charges incurred for these transactions. I got that money back but I am still waiting for the bank charges to be reversed. This hacking took place in August. I got a new bank card in August and in September my account was hacked AGAIN after barely using it! I then sat on the phone for 1 hour before a consultant answered the phone in the department. This is appalling service! People do not have 1 hour to sit on the phone during working hours! This hour-long wait just shows you how much is happening. Now I have to sit without money again for weeks until your department sorts out my account. This is a HUGE inconvenience and I am highly considering changing banks. I have not even heard back from Standard Bank after my account was hacked on the 23rd of September. You need to consider stepping up your security when it comes to these easypay transactions!
