Taking a loan admin fee and not transferring Funds

Saw the Add for a personal loan with 3.5% interest and thought lets apply and put out some fires.

Applied for a loan on the 1st of October 2013

1. I applied for R 80 000.00 over 60 months, But will accept R150 000
2. The Funds are still not reflecting in my Bank account after I have tried to verify the Payment notification and failed, I phoned FNB which the document came from and they say that the trace ID cannot be found.
3. I have sent numerous mails to you guys and phoned every day this week except for today and Tuesday to find out what is happening and to get the payer (John Meyer)'s contact details, with no success.
4. I have paid the admin fee of R2100.00 and I still haven't received my funds.
5. Mails go unanswered and I get empty promises
I have received my Proof of payment notification on Friday 18Th of October for R 150 000

However to date which is 28th October I am yet to receive my funds

I would like my Funds or a refund of my Admin fee
