No contact after money taken from account

On the 13th September i noticed that money was out of my account without my knowledge.
After contacting Standard bank and reporting the they promised that we May get our money back
in 10 days following a forensic audit.
After more than month we are still waiting. Calls to the department was terrible.
I waited 1 hour. Waited another half an hour when calling again that same day.

No feedback from Standard Bank. Pathetic service.
