Last month our business acc was locked as there were 'missing docs' and we could not do salaries on time. The lady i spoke to said she would unlock the acc and PROMISED to email us what docs were needed for FICA - we did not get the email and AGAIN our acc is locked and we cannot pay salaries! Is this 'SERVICE'?!
NB - I met with a lady at the ABSA Clearwater branch in December and provided ALL the required forms and since then they have LOST the docs and now lock our account!!!
