FICA nightmare by "Blapsa"!!!

I went to an Absa ATM tonight to withdraw money but got only a slip saying "Account problem" and called the share call nr. The response: FICA registration problem and system states that ID proof of residence required. Ok, hellloooo!!! this will be the 4th time!! (1) Registered during Feb2013 and submitted all required docs. Then got an sms some weeks later that I need to submit same docs for FICA... huh? What a joke!! (2) Went into the branch again with these docs as they have "lost" the previous docs. Problem solved... or so I thought. Went shopping few weeks later AND transaction declined on all my cards!!! Called bank only to hear: "sorry but FICA requires docs to be submitted" and explained my predicament to the VERY helpful lady by the name of Hester. 10/10 for her service and assistance!!! She even called the "Blapsa" head office to get me unblocked. Problem solved and smooth sailing??? AIKONA!!!...until tonight!!

Absa, your staff handling the FICA registration are PATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT FOOLS FOR MESSING UP SOOOOO MANY FICA REGISTRATIONS!!! Just look at the other posts... which are but a mere drop in the bucket of people voicing their opinion!!
