I received an sms yesterday telling me my account was no longer FICA compliant, I went on the same day to submit my ID copy and proof of residence. The consultant made copies and told me it will be resolved. This morning I went to an ATM and my card bounced back, it is month end my bills are not paid. This is definitely an eye opener, I do not wish to continue doing business with Standard Bank if the service continue like this.
