Hi, I called the African bank callcenter and I got someone by the name of Jabulile on the 02 July around 14h00 inconnection with my application because I want to make an arrangement with them to reduce my installments because i cant afford to pay the agreed amount anymore due to financial problemsm, Jabulile then transferred me to collection department and i spoke to Yvone who was so so rude to me and told me its non of African BAnks business that I cant afford to pay anymore and told me its BLACK'S PEOPLE'S HABIT TO ASK FOR CREDIT WHICH THJEY CANT AFFORD TO PAY BACK AND SHE DOESNT CARE BUT THEY CANT HELP ME AND I HAVE TO PAY THEIR MONEY BACK, and she just banged the phone on my ear.
