Cellphone number change and OTP

More than a year ago i went into the Eastrand mall branch to change my cell number, only to find that the lady did not do her job properly because my number was not changed under all my accounts... which i found out when i had to receive a OTP for payment with my credit card. so, 2 weekes ago i had to go into a branch again (The Glen) and the lady who assisted me supposedly fixed everything, so that all accounts are linked with my correct cell number. however, having tried to register for U-Count, i am not receiving the OTP needed on my cell. i even approached one of the people at Eastgate mall who were helping people register, and we experienced the same problem after trying to register on his laptop. And then he showed me that where it states u will now be receiving the OTP (after entering ur ID number), it shows a cell number with only the last 4 digits visible, which is supposed to be my cell number... BUT it was not my cell number. infact, it was not even my old cell number. so, i cannot understand what on earth is going on, or why!!! can someone please sort this out so i can register for benefits on U-Count
