Wat a rip off

i was shocked to learn that standard bank loaded 3 debit orders late and the charged the so called hournouring fee, and yet the debit orders were paid i took funeral cover, 32 days notice acc, and contract save acc with the same bank and i was not told that if the month end on the weekend the money will be taken late after my pay day otherwise i would not have signed the agreement, i reversed certain authorised debit in my acc so that i can honour the standard bank ones as usualy the bank is slow to retrieve money after reversing a debit order, after reversing those unauthorized debit orders the bank credited my acc and ran their their debit ordrs and charged me a wobblying 360 for three debit orders is it my fault that the consultants did nt explain the banking process, wat a rip im planning to lodge the complain to banking omsbud if they dont gv me clarity on the next 3 days
