Card Authorisation still there after month

This is a followup message to the Complaint I posted here https:///first-national-bank/complaints/card-authorisation-still-not-cancelled-1082941
It has now been longer than a month and the Outstanding Debit card Authorisation has still not expired. I don't know what is wrong with your systems. But, this is really weird.
