I have been banking with FNB since 1995 but I have never been so angry with the bank the way I am today. I called the bank since last week wanting them to link both my petrol card and credit card (commercial) into my personal account so I can see how much do I have & how much do I have to transfer into both cards using online banking but today I was transferred to 8 different agents who did not help me at all. Last week I called the bank (credit card division), they said they will email me some forms to fill in which is what I did not receive at all. I don't want to be treated like a second class citizen. FNB is a credible bank but it looks like it has employed call centre agents who do not know what to do especially when it comes to the new technology.
Please, help!
