I realized on Sunday from the delayed sms' I was receiving that funds has been withdrawn via atms from my savings account.
I immediately phone ABSA and they stopped my card instantly - very fast service thank you.
On Monday I went to the bank and Shovan Singh helped me with the official report to their department and issued me with another debit card.
This is a traumatic experience and in his calm and friendly way he smoothed the situation expertly. Thank you ABSA for training your staff well in human relations.
