DEDUCTED MONEY UNECESSARY

I have cancelled my service plan last month but my account was debited even though I have successfully cancelled it, here 's cancellation ref number: NG/5605.
MFC is so pathetic, I regret the time signed the contract with them. Lord please help me to finish paying my car finance with them and NEVER again will I give this guys business!!! EVER!
