Incorrect beneficiary on my policy

I recently discover that on my greenlight policy, for my own life cover, i was the benefitiary, inwhich i had listed my mother as a benefitiary. I then called Old mutual begining of June to ask them to change it. they send me a form that i needed to fill for the changes (i was already irritated as it was a mistake on thier side, but still needed to fill in forms to have it changed). i checked toward end of June, last week if it was corrected, and then picked up that instead of change myself as my own benefitiary to my mother, they change my mother's life cover and removed me as a benefitiary and listed my mother as her own benefitiary on her life cover. again i gave them a call, and the agent wanted me to fill in another form, which i couldnt understand why as i made it clear on the form that i was changing my polisy, and not my mother's policy. i checked again today, and they have only corrected my policy to make my mother a benefitiary, but on her policy, she's her own benefitiary. when i called today, the guy wants me to send an email, but he says he can see everything in front of him, but still wants me to right everything on email
