For the past week i have had very bad service from fnb lenasia, i applied for a loan which was approved, when they asked for proof of residence, i gave the lease agreement to the flat where i rent, they complained and said this was not acceptable but previously when i applied for vehicle finance, which was approved they excepted this document as proof of residence.

i don't understand now why it is a problem Mr Thembi Nkosi the manager was very unhelpful, in fact when i complained he did not even come and speak to me directly.
