No chegue card

I applied for a cheque account last year but i couldn't get the card because my proof of residence did not have a letterhead. i tried to explain to them that its a private lease agreement between by self and my landlord but they wouldn't't listen. i use my employer's postal address since i don't have a permanent residence.

now i"m getting statements every month for the account i'm not even using.

If you cannot give me my card, please cancel this account.
