During the month of June i requested FNB to do policy switch on all my policies, i only found out in july when FNB could not get confirmation with atlas if i still had a funeral policies with them, we spoke to a lady called Nonhlanhla regarding this and she said one of the policy was canselled then i asked why where they debiting my account till the month on june she could not answer me and she said she wold investigate till today we tried calling the head office we had no luck
