IPhone Offer - No response since 10/01/2013

I was told to pay off my iPad offer that I had taken out last year, and since it was before the 2 year period - I paid the full price and lost the price benefit. I then applied for the iPhone on the 10/01/2013 and since then I have been getting the run-a-round for delivery. I have made numerous calls, which leave me extremely frustrated.
Can anyone at FNB CBS shed some light on timelines for delivery and availabilty of stock.

At this point it seems like FNB made promises it could not keep.
