I had two contracts with vodacom which were due for upgrades during the course of 2013. At the beginning of the year, contract 0828388189 was due for upgrade so i decided to get the new iphone 5. &days into the contract i realised that i had upgraded inocrrectly as i should have used this contract to get and iPad and my main number, 0728107909 to get the iphone 5. I called the shop where i did the upgrade and told them that i had made a mistake and should have used the 0828388189 to get the ipad and wait for july or do a premarutre upgrade on 0728107909 to get the iphone. The store said it would be fine as they would arrange the ipad for me on the 0728107909, this has not been the case, the cant offer me a deal on the ipad 4 on 0728107909 as this is my main number and they cant offer a voice deal on an ipad. They should have let me cancel the deal in the first 7 days and not made me false promises
