During march month 2013 i took a life insurance policy number 60058010731708 with the above mention company and cancelled it the same month within 30 days as stipulated on their contract. They requested me to fax certified ID copy with 3 signatures to (011) 497 4716 i do as requested. To my surprise on the 15 April 2013 there was a deduction on my salary and i call them to enquire and i was advised to fax my salary advise and i do that and I was promised a refund within 7 day. Month passed and I makes a follow up I was told to fax bank statement and I do and after that I make telephone enquiries they confirm that every thing was reflecting on their system the will request the file from the manager to make a payment till today nothing has happen and no apologies was sent to me.will you so kindly intervene as the matter has dragged so long.
