Cancellation of policy

I am trying to cancel my miway policy and only a senior consultant can do this.
I don't understand this, the reason for me to cancel is that :

I was never explicitly told to cancel my outsurance policy and only realized that issue when both debit orders went through
more imptly after looking at both the policies, I do not see the unique value proposition of Miway...'
Please can someone help me with a refund of my premiums
