I logged a query as I made payment with my discovery card, and cancelled with the relevant company. I suspected the company would not refund me, so I submitted the docs to discovery card as the call centre advised they would assist.
rugan then came into the picture, and pit me though to a Kit at the company who didn't know what was going on. then she went on leave and never came back to me.
the company even said since there was a bank dispute lodged they cannot risk giving me two refunds and therefore will wait.

rugan was highly unprofessional, and just wanted to "end " this task before going on holiday!!!

the company then declined my refund though I submitted my cancellatiion in 5 days!!!

discovery! R9000 may be nothing for you, but its a lot to me!
your company even advised not to go to the ncc and lay a charge of till I got feedback from you... what terrible service for all the money we pay you
