On 4/2/2013 I went back to the store for a refund for remotes that were purchased, this was done via the FNB Speedpoint terminal, Thinking that it would be returned to my account within 3 to 5 days as per the PASA rules that all banks should follow, well this just did not happen. I then went back to the store and queried this reversal. The store manager showed me his bank statements where he was debited for the reversal. We then contacted FNB's Merchant services on 16/2/2013 and obtained a reference number3938411 and were told it will take 5 days. FNB 5 days are passed as a matter of fact NOTHING has been done to resolve this matter, I am still awaiting the "supervisor" to contact me. I am G@TVOL of needing to call the merchant services call centre as they do not seem to know what they are doing and do not seem to understand customer service, You FNB should close down the contact number of 011 352 5771 as there is no assistance when calling it. When will the R280-00 refund be corrected as this has taken you almost a month to resolve...
I want this sorted out TODAY or I will go to the banking Ombudsman and claim costs for MY time I had to waste to try resolve this
