Terrible service

I had a car accident and reported my claim to mi way who is my insurer, the person who is responsible for handling my claim is incompetent and cannot pick up a phone to update me on anything regarding my claim, after phoning every day to get information and having one person help out here and one person send a form there i have had lots of frustration and no headway on this! I asked to speak to a manager, who I am still waiting to speak to 3 weeks later! I am always told the managers are in a meeting or will call me back which they never do.
my claim has been approved evetually, yet I have still not been paid out as they made "typo" errors on their disclaimer forms! WOW! mi way you service used to be so good, the last time I had an insurance claim you got back to me and everything was sorted in 2 days, yet now it has been 3 weeks and still no one can seem to do their jobs properly? time to change insurance!
