My husband withdraw money from a Standard Bank ATM on 19 April 2013. The transaction went through but he never received the money. I called the call centre and received a reference number. The lady told me it will take 15 days to investigate the problem. Since then we haven't received any feedback from Standard Bank. My husband has been to three different branches and every time they tell him to wait another 10 - 15 days and when we call the call centre they tell us they are still busy with the investigation. Can this really take more than two months to solve our problem?
