Harrasment and giving out my information

I have been bank with Standard Bank for more than 20 years. I am disgusted by the harassment that I have to go through daily because this Bank gives out my personal information to other marketers without my consent!! Even marketers outside of the Bank. This is against my rights as a consumer and the consumer protection act completely. Just since yesterday I have received 7 calls from their Life cover call centre to sell me life cover to which I said no in the first call already. Absolutely unacceptable that one has to be harassed literally whilst trying to run a business and have to repeat yourself all day with people that just do not care about your time or the fact that you are not interested. I have NEVER given them permission to give out my personal details and expect my Bank to respect this decision. But clearly they only want your money and nothing else!!!
