Im not sure as to whether this branch has a shortage of staff or what but whenever you go inside it takes donkey's years for you to get any assistance meanwhile there's people going in and out into the staff only area. Now they have removed the client comments book or they saying their service is excellent and needs no improvement (which it is far from) or are they saying they dont really care what the client has to say they will do things their own way. whatever the reason THIS BRANCH WILL BE THE DEAL BREAKER IN MY RELATIONSHIP WITH FNB.
