I have been shopping at pick n pay (west acres) in potchefstroom for the last 20 years. lately the branch has not been performing up to standards as what people are used to. the casjiers are very slow and not to mention the bakery, this past saturday the 9th march 2013 at 9:30 the morning there was a critical shortage of bread rolls, believe me it was not a matter of sold out. the branch was quite and almost no customers. another client was also next to me enquiring about bread rolls. i just decided to walk away and drive to the other branch a few km's away, the other client was noticed walking into the managers office to complain
something really needs to be done about this branch as it is a very bad reflection on such an excellent company
i really enjoy shopping there on a weekly basis.there is another branch a fewkm's away which is much smaller in size, the staff are very friendly the ques are short and there are always bread rolls no matter what time of the day
this is totally unacceptable
very very disapointed
