This may not be an actual complaint, because the service may not be possible. But im upset because it started with me forgetting my wallet at home, I needed money urgently. so i went into the Brooklyn branch to ask if it is possible to get money from them if i forgot my wallet at home. the lady behind inquiries told me no i cant if i dont have a savings account. I just think this is very bad service, because this is my bank, i have 2 accounts with you and i cant even get money directly from you even if i have my account number and my id book with me. this was an emergency, so i dont know if this service is possible or if the lady i ask was just being stupid and didn't know what i wanted.
