Money was withdrawn from my account 22 May 2013. All I can say is that i received the most disgusting service at Standard Bank. I am so bitter towards the way my compliant was handle for such a big organisation. They have no empathy or concern for the people who trust them with their monies. I was told very cold and blunt that i will not be refunded for money that was illegally withdrawn from my account. It was my hard earned money and i cannot believe that a bank as big as Standard ban k does not have the technology to do a proper investigation and refund since they have insurance to cover any loss. The fact that i am a loyal customer to them for many years means nothing. I have wasted money with teephone calls petrol to the bank and still not satisfied. All i want is my money back into my account as i am ready to move to a back that cares for their clients
