Failure to respond

When moving home I contacted Outsurance and advised them of my new address and the fact that as I was in a smaller house, I had disposed of some insured assets. I undertook to value the remaining items and let them have it which I did. This I posted as it was a long list with details and values. I got no response. This week I emailed the list, but still no response. Outsurance has upped my premium from 1 December 2013 and I don't agree with this as I have less assets than they are insuring. I can't afford to sit on the 'phone to them (which is what they want), as the list is too long. Policy number OT292879.
