Mobile U wants to be paid but no bank details

Good Day

The reference number is: ZA_000013065_MB and the demand is for R235.10. Apparently there is a contract breach.

I have never had an account with Mobile U and yet I get an sms demanding money from me. No bank full details are provided about this account. Even the bank details are not provided.

I have tried calling 011 317 4310 and 011 317 4308 but you wait for an hour and still no response. I also tried 0861 002 583 and this one is not even in use. Its extremely hard to get hold of this company. Can someone please get back to me?
